Understanding what people value, and why, across different categories and markets.
About
Nima’s story is less about a finished destination than the commercial instincts, market experience and international perspective being developed along the way.

The beginning
Nima began experimenting with digital commerce at 11. By 13, that curiosity had moved into sneakers, and later into luxury goods including watches and bags.
These early ventures introduced the fundamentals that continue to matter in property: demand, scarcity, pricing, negotiation, trust, relationships and the expectations surrounding high-value transactions.
Commercial experience came before real estate. Real estate gave it a larger field.
Nima later entered Dubai’s luxury property market. According to published profiles, he was involved in a $20 million villa transaction at 18—a formative milestone in an industry where credibility is built over years.
His activity and interests now extend across Dubai, London, Marbella and Monaco. These markets are not presented as a completed empire; they represent an international direction and the environments in which Nima is building knowledge, relationships and long-term relevance.
The ambition ahead is measured: to move beyond brokerage toward a deeper investment perspective and, over time, real estate development. Each stage depends on the work and evidence that come before it.
